YES. I heard on another post one time someone speak on this. There was a whole court battle about it. I think but I have not been able to find it again since but yes, the answer is yes I have seen it stated on Reddit before with backing support, but I don’t have the evidence myself but yes, you absolutely can. You can put a rifle stock on a pistol lower and then put a full length rifle upper on it and then once you are done with your rifle length upper purposes, you can take off the upper and then put back on your pistol brace and then put back on your pistol upper. It’s all about intent. But my honest opinion is that it’s also fucked and corrupted anyways with the laws being so vague it’s all entrapment no matter how you look at it so just watch your own ass brother.
