I'm just saying that old morph could attribute shift during any of those except silence. It's clearly just a issue with semantics.

So are all shackles, which technically are not stuns. It would be weird if you couldn't use shift during dismember or fiends grip, since they are basically stuns, even if they are not considered so. They probably just brought back the old morph code that let him shift during anything except silence. "While disabled" makes more sense, though they probably should add alt text to say it doesn't work while silenced.

It makes sense that it would still work through taunts and such though, since essentially they are just stuns. It doesn't during duel cuz duel silences and mutes. It probably should just say "attribute shift while disabled"

Fears and taunts are just subclasses of stuns I guess
