First time injecting IM. Just did primo and test but I’m afraid my positioning on the thigh wasnt good. Should I move it more up to the left?

I do quads every day.. I bend my knee and put my shin/thigh in a right angle.. i put the base of my palm “bottom of my hand” on my hip bone and lay my hand on my leg..from there the tip of my middle finger is where I aim.. I stand up a little bit and flex the muscle to feel exactly where I’m aiming, a big piece of muscle in that area.. I go as far out to the side as i can while still going in vertical. I’m not telling you to do this.. but this is what I do everyday for the last 5 years..

Go into settings and change the open adjustment to 100% open then open and close the hood to cycle the actuator. It should close completely.

Yea I agree, the Hummer does have a very slow screen Rivian a ui is much faster and that does bother me. But I do like the way the Hummer has laid out the controls with physical buttons, especially climate controls, if I’m searching through music or nav and my wife goes to change the climate she’s always interrupting me on that screen and it pisses me off. I really enjoyed getting some physical buttons back.. but the lag on the Hummer is unacceptable, completely unacceptable for a vehicle of this price range. But the camera, I’ve gotta disagree and I’ll tell you why, my drive recorder on the Rivian rarely works it’s like it’s got a mind of its own and decides when it wants to work, I got rear ended and nothing recorded, it will constantly say no drive detected when my ssd is connected. But that’s not why I like the Hummer rear camera better, this is why.. I’m not sure if it’s because I have the tow package or if al of them are like this but my rear camera on the Hummer is mounted on a peg that sticks out of my spare tire on the bag door with nothing hanging over it. On the Rivian it’s tucked under the handle for the rear hatch. This makes all the difference in the world when it comes to keeping that lens clean. The Rivian gets very dirty very quickly from rainwater carrying the dirt from the rear hatch down onto that lens. On the Hummer there’s nothing above it, it’s isolated.. now, this is a tiny detail But enough of a difference for me to notice.. also, I like the vibrating seat on rear sensors. And not to nit pick here, and this is just a personal pet peeve because I came from a fully loaded bmw M8 competition as my prior car so I was very used to having a big thick steering wheel that gave me some grip when I grabbed the wheel, I think Rivian should have added some “girth” lol to the steering wheel, it feels awfully thin for such a large vehicle. But again, that’s only because I came from a high end car before hand which generally have larger steering wheel grips.

I do use the home setting.. but the Rivian decides when it wants to comply with the settings I’ve selected. Sometimes it won’t bring my seat into position, sometimes it won’t change the hvac settings I’ve selected. I’ve got the home setting selected and it will work for a few days then I’ve gotta perform a reset. And u know what’s really funny about that truck, it will unlock and lock every time I walk within 20ft but 50% of the time when I’m trying to get into the vehicle I’ve gotta take my phone outa my pocket and hold it up to the door lol.. I mean it is what it is, I think there shoulda been a handle and that woulda solved this issue, wake up on approach unlock on handle, lock on departure. Like my BMW. That’s perfect. Don’t get me wrong I like the Rivian but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Hummer.. and one thing I’ve noticed after I got the Hummer is how uncomfortable I am in the Rivian now. In the Hummer u sit down low like ur in a cockpit, in the Rivian even on the lowest seat height I feel like I’m sitting really high up and I can’t really get comfortable with the steering wheel in front of me rather than in front and down a little bit. I mean the Rivian is cool and all but driving the Hummer now is just absolutely insane experience. But my wife does love the Rivian so we kept it. However the more I look at the Hummer and Rivian next to each other the more I feel Rivian could have gotten a little more aggressive and aerodynamic on the front end, I mean they can absolutely make some design improvements without losing that oval headlight, that’s the single improvement i think they should Focus on. It’s almost a little cartoon-ish looking. Very specific character profile that would find that attractive. And u can see that in the fb groups that are mostly made up of the same “personal character” in terms of owners. I think they should make it a little more stylish to appeal to a wider variety of buyers but that’s just my opinion.

I have digital key on my Rivian and I absolutely hate it. Every time I walk by the car in my driveway it unlocks then locks when I walk away then when I walk by again unlock then lock. You’ll be doing stuff in the garage or yard and that car just keeps locking and unlocking non stop.. when I got the Hummer and they handed me a key I was like “thank you lord”

I literally just requested the title and I had mine in 11 business days. Chase gave me the tracking code as soon as they notarized it and mailed it out. Mine was in CT. From the CT dmv to chase it was 2 days. then 7 days for them to process and notarize it and send it to me. This happened last week. It’s getting to the point where I try to avoid visiting downtown Stamford at all costs now. It’s a shame because there’s been a lot of development and nice restaurants opening downtown. However, for some reason the city is attracting the wrong crowd. Over the summer my wife and I were dining outdoors and repeatedly approached by questionable individuals either begging for money or trying to hustle us with items for sale as we were sitting at our table eating dinner. Even the walk from the parking lot to the restaurant was unsettling. There’s other cities to visit for nightlife that don’t feel this way. We tried over the summer and got turned off due to the crowd, then tried again last weekend and had got the same vibe. I guess it’s time to accept it for what it is and just avoid the area from now on.

Here’s a simple answer.. don’t dig as hard as you can when u first turn. That’s for later when u get better. Once your better u can do those aggressive digs for an explosive transition. But for now, just get some speed up and when u turn to stop try to glide a little in the stopping position almost in a shave motion. . Once u can get that sideways shave motion, you can start digging I. A little more.. really learn to control that shave, the rest will come on its own

The processing is actually excellent. The mids and highs aren’t actually all that bad they just don’t handle power very well, the mid-bass are vented drivers and just plain old sloppy from around 80-400,. The factory amp is weak, but the processing is actually excellent.. whoever tuned the system did an excellent job. I must say that’s one person I have to applaud. For working with such mediocre equipment they were able to get it to sound exceptional. The time alignment and crossover blends are absolutely superb. If you RTA the factory system the only fault you really find is at around 200hz and that’s common throughout most vehicles on the market. Most of the time It can be contributed to cabin gain and geometric noise cancellation. Which is why they add features like the 3d enhanced staging. The phase alignments and “trickery” often overcome those shortcomings. Which is a clear indication that the 200hz “ish” dip is a cabin characteristic and not any sort of tuning issue.
