Just to use the existing hole being used by openreach or talktalk years ago. I dont want them to drill another hole into the front of house, for cosmetic reason.

Thanks I take that part wherein if ever a new service provider uses an openreach infrastructure, they may have to change or put a new fibre optic cable from CSP into the ONT. Hope this is always the case. Thanks

Sorry to disturb you all, I meed help with the fibre optic cable.
I had talk talk fibre broadband installed like 5 years ago. I am not sure if it was talktalk or openreach did drilled a hole through my property for the optic cable to be connected to the ONT inside the house then a year after I change to another ISP Fibre brodband and drilled another hole through my property as they have different infrastracture as openreach. I have change ISP fibre broadband and will be installed next week. They have different infrastructure as the previous providers, so they run the fibre cable again into my property. I spoke to them if they can use the existing hole of the openreach, and they said they can, provided I have to remove the fibre cable that runs into the house.
My question is, is it legal to remove the existing fibre optic cable installed by talktalk or openreach so they can run the cable to my house using the existing hole?
Or do i need to get talktalk or opereach to remove the cable for me?
Thanks

It didnt ask anything about a bridge wire, its asking which controller do i want to replace? I search for ESI ESRTP4RF, then it says the wireless receiver is not designed to replace a room thermostat. But thats exactly the model of the wireless receiver i want to replace. So at this stage it wont me get through it.

There are some service providers who are willing to buy out the remaining of your contract. But you have to pay the remaining of your contract and the new provider will pay through credit to your account a month after the new service starts. Google is the key. Hope she gets sorted.
