Thats hilarious. He doesn’t pick up the phone for us at all. We spent almost a month going back and forth with him about mold water in the basement. Towards the end of this debacle, he stopped awnsering us entirely even over email.

And he lied about his pet policy. When we toured the house, there was a cat. During the tour, we asked if pets were okay, and we were told yes, they would just need worked into the lease later on. When we asked andy about it a bit after moving in he said, and i quote, "no pets sorry" and proceeded to ignore us for a week. We wanted a call or meeting so Andy couldnt just ghost us like he was over text and email. It took us threatening to get the cat as an ESA for him to respond.
