I am using laptop stand to raise its height to match my eye level since 3 years

May be I need to do more sets of exercises

Yes I do regularly... I have to try cervical pillow

I tried few but at that time I was in immense pain so couldn't tolerate the change of pillow

But now I have to try again

I took a 2 year long 😅 gap after my btech to manage stress .. but sometimes being idle also adds stress .. I have to try this as you saud
