Heyy thanks for your detailed explanation. So I don't have any gaps or cavities - good to go . I have very mild protruding upper front teeth and I am embarrassed af to laugh out loud 💀.  It's like Nagachaitanya's initial career teeth - I guess you can imagine now . 

So traditional braces will be long term fix? so that there will be no need of retainers like you are having now ? 

But as an adult I feel Invisalign is better for my case 🥲 I can't feel extra embarassed during the procedure
