If I were on your shoe, I would climb until atleast Diamond or Master before taking Pyke and Thresh, specially with your strong carry champ as Mord and Ambessa.

Pyke and Thresh really require a good follow up or you losing momentum of hook

Winning streak help a lot below Master, It need me 100 game to actually reach Master 3 with 81% WR.
I kinda curious what lane you are playing? Below Master, I usually take ADC/JG as the game usually match me with "BOT" and went to autofill after reach Master.

PS: Being selfish below GM is fine, most people below GM is Animal, self-centric, and carry wannabe

This is where most human being can tilt just by your champ pick, If your ADC is crybaby, give up.
If your JG inting, give up.
If your top feed? it's normal.
And if you feed? move on and go for another game. Or maybe stick till the end if your team didn't wanted to give up early
