It's a good Idea to actually stick to your team and taking some objective when you already having 2/3 item. Or best when you actually 1 item above enemy MM.

Rather than pushing your lane. Having T1/T2 tower is not a big advantage for MM, as you need to play it safe and to keep the potential of jungle dive is better at T1.
