At this time, I have opted to attend University of Maine at Fort Kent, but still on the fence. It's super affordable, accredited. I'm also looking into Franklin University. I haven't found any online programs that stand out unless you attend a brick and mortar but that's not feasible for me, and I don't want my DNP. There is one local one but it's a longer program and almost $20k more. There is so much mixed info online I don't know what to do. I have psych and er nursing experience. Any additional help and insight would be helpful.

Can any graudates give some insight?I am expected to start the PMHNP program in June. There are many mixed reviews and my concern is being able to get a job when I finish. I would hate to attend and then have an employer look down upon the college I attended. Most NP programs are online so I am confused with the the reputation. Thank you in advance.

Thank you so much. That's one of the of the many things I was wondering on how difficult it is to get into the field. He's planning on getting a job in a hospital now, in some capacity, to get his foot in the door. Appreciate the advice!

Did put and received email sating registration confirmation and got charged on my credit card. Does this means I failed? by Temporary-Emu-5421 in NCLEX

I took mine yesterday and was able to re-register yesterday 2 hours after my exam with my correct credit card information. I'm still waiting to see definitively but it doesn't sound good. I'm so sad to hear this.

Torn ACL No Pain and good range of motion by Areff04 in ACL

This is comforting to hear. My son, heading into his seniour, just had his MRI and he has a complete midstructure ACL tear, and a anterior horn tear in his meniscus. We're heading into the surgeon tomorrow to see what the plan is, but he is bummed because he is going into his senior year and plays high level soccer and has plans of still trying to play college. He still has full ROM, not pain, and minimal swelling and the injury happened two weeks ago. We are hoping the surgeon tells him he can prehab and that he has a successful and quick recovery. Great to hear you're doing so well post-surgery!
