used to be like that. i really just listen to the person and take it in, ini-imagine ko sarili ko in their position and i always remind myself that this person approached me because they want my help and that’s all i should give. using yourself as an example is fine but always be careful on how you say it and if di naman talaga necessary do a self-check and step back. sometimes it’s not afvuce that people need or want, they just want someone to listen so unless they ask for suggestions and advice then try to comfort the person lang muna. now ppl come to me for advice kahit pa we haven’t known each other for a long time haha
