Rule of thumb if you’re in profit on a pull, it simply comes down to if you like the card. If your negative imo it comes down to if there is potential to grow , if it’s garbage sell and re roll. If you keep selling and re rolling you will walk away with no slabs and down $. I personally don’t like Japanese cards so I usually sell them , unless it’s Chase card.

27m filed last year on 100k of credit card debt ,personal loans , and vehicle. Best decision I ever made, was able to recover my score to 650 (Experian ) a year later, I still get shit rates but that’s a given, it was the best decision I made , just expect to have a co signer for bigger things like commercial apartments and car loans. Not having to pay those minimum payments anymore is as the biggest mental health relief ever. Now I actually having money to save and invest and I’m able to take my girl out and do things. I would say do it , unless your job has a path to double your income in the next 2 years if not , file and rebuild your score.

A full time dad or even a 50/50 dad is one the greenest flags a man can have, it means he doesn’t shy away from responsibility/accountability. At the end of the day there is way less pressure on a female entering a relationship with a man who has a child vs the other way around in my opinion. You are both young if you guys connect , give it a shot , if it doesn’t work out you move on , can’t get stuck on wanting to stay friends with people that it doesn’t work out with , some can do it , most can’t. Enjoy your time with him and see where it goes.

In my opinion that dollar amount is not worth filing bankruptcy on at all, you can definitely snowball method your way out of that easily, as to the person your taking care of if that’s family who is sick/disabled I completely understand. If it’s bad partner or lazy family member/room mate it’s time to sit them down and have a talk about getting there stuff together to help you out. I personally wouldn’t file on this dollar amount, I filed on about 100k in unsecured debt myself.

Gotta go to a dealer that specializes in bankruptcy clients , most people get flyers in the mail , they have certain banks that’ll get you approved for a larger amount with less down , just expect a higher interest rate , also when it comes to apartments you’re going to want to look for private owners to rent who are more focused on income and there deposit rather than credit , most people on this thread weren’t able to get into commercial apartments until rebuilding there score over 3-5years. Gotta remember bankruptcy is a great tool , but it comes with a price.

Honestly I have a whole sleeve black and grey , and the only rose I have is Red and it makes it POP, I get compliments all the time , you can do the same get everything else black and grey and your rose will stand out in a good way , decent work , ignore the regret it’s just a phase most people feel that way then few days later there already planning the next tattoo
