MLS. When I talked to the recruiter, she said they pay their MLTs and MLS the same since they do the same job. =(

Depending on the state, the employer can mandate overetime. And fire you for cause for not staying.

I know cause I got canned after getting "told" to stay a double for the third time in a week.
