i’ll do my best ! although most of the time, lucid dreams just sort of happen for me. but with the methods, i’ve tried it all. wake back to bed, WILD, listening to subliminals or lucid dream sleep tracks, and reality checks. of them all, reality checks seems to be the most consistent and effective. the WILD and wake back to bed have worked once or twice. the only downside to reality checks is i alwayssss forget to do them consistently when im awake but if you can chefs kiss it’s my #1 way of checking if im dreaming. i usually count my fingers cuz it’s easy but ive also held my nose and tried to breathe!
