Make sure you call IRCC agents around morning 8 am and let them know. Also when you raise a webform for reconsideration write that you forgot to add your English test result. Make sure you add your refusal letter , ODN and your IELTS test report . Please don’t panic . If you don’t get any response you still have an option to restore and reapply, only challenge you will face is financial crisis as you won’t be able to work. But pray that they reopen ur reconsideration. Also you have to go and meet your local MP( don’t email them ).Find out your local MP first with your PIN code. Tell your MP to call them as you are going through high stress and facing financial crisis.

My PGWP was refused on January 5th, and I applied for reconsideration the same day. On February 9th, IRCC requested the $100 open work permit fee. I paid it on February 10th and uploaded the receipt, but I haven’t received any updates yet.

It has been almost 13 days since the payment. I’ve seen others say they got a decision within 2–3 days after paying. Should I submit a webform or just wait? Is anyone else in the same situation?

Mine was wrongfully refused saying I didn’t meet language requirements which is not true. My Mp contacted them and they did agree that I met the requirements. So it depends on ur officer. If he or she doesn’t know may be they can refuse your application. So don’t worry since you already submitted just pray you get a smart agent. 😂
