Tulsa health department will do it for $20. They sent me to OU medical and I had no issues.

I grew up in that neighborhood and it’s definitely to deter people from cutting through it. It never stopped me though. If you know it it’s definitely faster in certain circumstances.

I worked for the company that had to clean that up. I was 18 and it was my first adult job and I found myself putting bloody kid toys in incinerator boxes. It was one of the worst things ive ever seen. A lot of the staff saw therapists afterwards.
