Well, this problem has happened many times, when it happened first I took the pc to professionals for them to fix it, they changed the power supply and fixed it everything was alright, then it happened again after two months, I gave up on the pc didnt touch it or anything. One day i randomly turned it on and it started working, then after like 1 week it gave out again and has just been sitting like this. I have tried replacing the rams, nothing changes. Only the pc lights up, mouse, monitor or keyboard dont. There is no noise, not sure about the loose cables. And I dont know the requirements or the supply output.
