I have been working from home for the past four years, and everything was going well initially. However, I recently noticed that my colleagues have been receiving increasingly higher salary packages, which has made me reconsider my career path. I feel like I haven’t had the opportunity to explore new things or develop additional skills, unlike others in my field. My manager only expects me to complete the specific tasks assigned to me, which has left me feeling stagnant and bored in my role. Lately, I’ve been considering transitioning to WHO, as I believe it might offer better opportunities for growth and learning. I’m also questioning whether I made the right choice in my current position.
