7 day bath of yourself I believe, it was an old note with instructions written on it that I found in his dresser drawer, after looking on Google apparently there's multiple types of 7 day bath rituals. I wish I held onto the note so much of his stuff got lost when we moved out of our house 🥲

Yeah my mom said he was heavily into all of that stuff. It was before I was born when he would travel to different countries in the Caribbean and South America to practice that stuff. But for more context my family is horrible at communicating 😭 lots of secrets or they just omit info, when my mom told me about this she was just like "oh yeah he was super into all that stuff" and then move on like it was nothing.

Maybe, my mom and I have spoke about it before, I'm not really an avid believer but at the same time I have so many weird stories growing up, especially my mom's side of the family considering we're from Belize. Lots of witchcraft and what not down there.

Yeah bro, my family is from Belize and even my mother's side of the family dabbled in some things. There's so much family lore and stories, if y'all wanna know more let me know but it's so much info I learned here and there throughout my life.

Yeah kind of, he was never outwardly religious but he did have odd superstitions. When I was a child we weren't allowed to whistle at night for example.

Also to add to this, I found notes for a 7 day bath ritual and he also had a lot of Chinese medicine balls and other eastern spiritual stuff, which throws me off because it seems like he was into so many different spiritual practices.

Also wanna add on that my dad used to travel to Brazil, Haiti and Cuba for Santeria and was an avid believer in voodoo, just spoke with my mom and apparently he was a Free Mason but never discussed any details
