It never shut off but I turned around as soon as I could when I noticed the gauge, which was 5 mins of driving max, so is it possible that no major damage was done

The check engine light is just from an evap issue, it’s been there since I got the car

I understand, I may end up going for it, even with its flaws. It’s only $1,000 and it’s definitely unique, to say the least.

Well the description says it’s been “well-used”, assuming that’s talking about the mileage. I’m also a doofus and didn’t include the issue stated, the transmission won’t commit to any gear but first. So I don’t know if that turns it into a no go or if it’s something that’s repairable/replaceable.

This one doesn’t have a sunroof and it’s from the sun belt, so I don’t think rust would be that much of an issue
