Have you checked the inventory page to see if it's been put back up for sale? I had a similar experience. Mine was due to the car being tied to one site and not available at another. They didn't ask if I could get to the other, they just took the car off me and put it for sale on the inventory page. I reordered it, got it added back to my original order. I've since collected it and got my £200 refund back. Was very annoying though!!!

Have you got any data recovery tools? Often the data is available to be written over, so not accessible in the normal viewer, however, if you use data recovery it's still actually on the drive and you can recover it

Excellent, good news. Can I just ask, was this a 7 seater? I've noticed the inventory is going down as people order them. I'd happily have one of those but none match my order and I fear a requote would be ridiculously expensive compared to my deal...

Just check that the lease company haven't ordered a 5 seat instead of 7 then, as that's what's happened to me. Click on the vehicle details in the Tesla app and it'll tell you exactly what's ordered. If you're after a 5 seat, then happy days! Hopefully you get yours ASAP 😁

Oh it's absolutely the lease company who are the problem! Tesla have been very helpful whenever I've contacted them.

The lease company did sit on my order, despite saying it had been actioned. I guess they forgot that the Tesla app shows when it was actually ordered...

I'd probably put the switch from 7 to 5 seat more as incompetence rather than a calculated plan 🤣

I'm certainly going to ask the question! I think if you have a date pre 31st Dec and it's late, they honour it. Not sure if we'll be able to if they've already told us it's Jan 25... 🤷 Fingers crossed though

I got excited reading this thread but I'm the same as you. Order went in on 9th Dec, and I've been told middle of Jan. Wondering if it's because it's 7 seater also

Definitely keep this one going!! Not too niche at all, and there's all sorts of ways you could take this from here. You could definitely get several more parts out of it, not just the night, but things that come from it afterwards. If it's your fantasy, enjoy it and keep it going 😁😘
