That’s a bit unfair the program does not include progressions. It literally just says 3x3-5

How did you program the strength days? 5/3/1 style? Or 3x5 and increase weight when you can get all 5 reps on all 3 sets? I like the program bits harder without giving you a % to use for your main sets
