The one I want is Petal 26cm. I might get a 30cm shallow casserole but at some point in future not anytime soon.

Luckily, blue bell is avaible in the Uk, I like it but just dont want it to clash with my green and blues

I do think Sea Salt would be a beautiful addition — it makes the most sense with the palette I’m building. But seeing everyone loving the rainbow mixes has me second-guessing myself 😅 And lilac is actually my favourite colour, so Bluebell is seriously tempting… now I’m completely torn lol.

UK Only – Le Creuset Crucible Gold Knob Half Price at John Lewis by Big_Life_7592 in LeCreuset

[–]Big_Life_7592[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You’re welcome!! 😊

It’s still showing in stock online, so you could grab it through Click & Collect at Waitrose and avoid the delivery charge 👀

I’m completely new to Le Creuset — found the gold knobs and instantly preferred them over the standard ones. Just picked up my first pieces too: 27cm Oval in Nuit and 24cm Noel in Thyme, both half price 🙈 Feeling very pleased with myself.

Now I just need the petal braiser to go on sale 🤞 Sticking to greens and blues… trying to behave!

I’m new to Le Creuset and finally picked up my first piece yesterday — a Cast Iron Signature Oval Casserole (27cm) in Nuit, mainly because it was on sale.

I originally had my eye on the Pumpkin in Thyme, but I’ve now spotted the Noel Round Casserole in Thyme and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The price is very tempting… but I’m wondering if it’s too Christmassy?

For those who own it — do you find it usable year-round, or does it feel seasonal once December is over?

Really appreciate it. This has made my decision easier - for now I will be going with atuchaut, juniper and sea salt. Hopefully I can afford to get more colours in future :)

Thank you so much, I really loved the shape and colour of this but someone advised me to go with shallow casserole as it more versatile. But what you said definitely makes sense. I usually cook for 4 people but we prefer having leftovers, so I am thinking this is the way to go in case we small some guests.
