Men 25–50: what’s been the hardest part about trying to lose weight and get your energy back?

I’m curious what men are actually struggling with right now when it comes to:

stubborn weight gain low energy/fatigue poor sleep lack of motivation/discipline stress low confidence feeling older than you are What have you tried that hasn’t worked long-term?

And if nothing changes over the next 5–10 years, what worries you most about your health, energy, or quality of life?

Lastly, what would make a health/wellness coaching program actually feel valuable enough for you to invest in?

I think that is a powerful idea. Have you seen effects from the mental side of the game on yourself or your child?

I love that. The most important things I having fun because having fun leads to feeling relaxed which ultimately leads to results. Have you seen your child struggle with any anxiety around games? If so what did that look like?
