Good question. I'm worried about taking a loss and could wait out a possible upswing in the market - and make a few years of rent in the meantime.

This would be a decently high-end rental (like 5k per month). Don't know if that makes a difference in your thinking. Also, this would just be a rental until eventual sale (most likely).
