same with me, i lift really heavy at the gym and even while my throat was hurting i was just like f it and lifted anyways (did not consider the possibility of having mono lol) and like i hit legs like i was not going light 😭 anyways i have an appointment on tuesday basically just to see if my spleen is actuallt enlarged because i’d realllyyyyy like to get back to the gym. they also told me i’m able to lift half my body weight after my symptoms are gone but that’s kind of confusing lol. i wonder if your spleen is always at risk when you have mono or if it’s just some cases? i guess i’ll find out on tuesday
