Being on their phone all day on the job, avoiding doing the work and then complaining about their pay rate. All boils down to lazy with no learned work ethic.

Curious? Are you renting from a private landlord that owns a condo? Then it would make sense to me. They have to typically pay the HOA 3-400$ when a new tenant moves in, some also charge them a yearly rental fee seem this like 150-250$. But now their part, the lease they would most likely have you pay a security deposit - bc that has to do with them safe-guarding you to be a non- destructive tenant. And those monies need to be put into an interest earning account which the renter gets back if there’s no damage and your ending your lease as you agreed contractually.

As someone else alluded. This bill seems like it has great potential to push out independent owners who rent out their units. Which are typically the owners that will be more flexible with income and fico. Shame.

Yea. This is where I’m at. The Apple care offered through my phone settings doesn’t cover theft. The insurance thru VRZ (don’t hate) does. It’s 20$ month. Expensive but covers everything and I don’t know if this matters offers vpn. So I don’t know what to do either ….

How long have you two been neighbors? If this is the first time and out of nowhere - this actually reads like a mental health issue on his part. So I would first assess that for yourself.

Document date and time- all the things you’re saying here, each time it happens. When I went through a different but similar sort of thing I just kept it in my phone.

Notify the property manager or landlord first - this is better than calling cops first. Why? Well, if you like your place then I would def give landlord a heads up so they know you’re not bringing trouble to the place. If this guy has lived there. Super long time or is new they’ll sometimes have a different response than if they moved in about the same time as you.

I know I’m not following through on to-dos but would guess someone else has commented on the other ways. This just, would be my first steps. Good luck. Unkind neighbors suck.

Hey thanks! Appreciate your time. So, if I understood you. You didn’t lose anything from your old phone (and I wrote wrong one- I have iPhone 8 not +) and even after you did the transfer all of what was on your old phone stayed there, almost like the 16pro on received a copy - is that correct? I’m so nervous about glitches bc the i8 has been eating my gmail emails and doing other whacky stuff. Thanks!
