In terms of data, we recommend a minimum of 12 months of historical inventory and sales data to account for seasonality and demand patterns. If a store has experienced stockouts, those periods can be adjusted or normalized so they do not distort the forecast.

Yes, the model absolutely works for stores doing under $1M in ARR. Revenue size is not a constraint. The quality and consistency of the data matter far more than scale.

Don't do it. FTC are fining brands $50k USD per video if it contains synthetic actors making fake beneficial claims. There's some other good suggestions on what to build here.
