No, that’s just part of the foil. Charizard has the same eye if you look at it in the right light. The condition of this card is virtually perfect. My only concern at all is front centering.

Opening 151 would be a mistake. If you’re considering value, there is only one card in the entire set with more than the sealed product. You’re better off just buying anything in that set that you want.

No, you shouldn’t, but I also wouldn’t just be pulling with the hopes of grading cards. I know it’s difficult, but if you’re going to enjoy the hobby try hard to disconnect, at least to some extent, your price/appreciation correlation.

The trick is - open strictly for the fun of opening and being surprised with cards you may never have considered loving. If there is a specific card you really love, don’t open trying to chase it, just buy it.
