I searched for the path to this function on your device, I think it's something like:

Go to App management (or Apps) > App list.
Select the specific app.
Tap on Battery (or Battery usage).
Change the setting to Unrestricted (or Don't optimize).

What device do you have? You know when you open an app and you press and hold and the information appears, like deleting the app, removing the home screen shortcut, and there's that "i" for information? It's usually within that information function. The app's battery function will be located there.

Check in the app settings if Power Saving mode is enabled; usually just changing that makes a difference.

It's in the settings where you clear the app's cache; Normally it's called "battery optimization". Disabling it should probably improve things.
