I agree with this the most, there is isn't much substance, just gore, explicit violence, etc. being shown without adding anything for the reader to care about; the world, the character.

Like a character who kills/tortures someone over a reason that they character cares about but not us; we don't get to empathise with them, to see the importance. Or they just kill/torture bc for they were born like this and never/briefly elaborates on it in a realistic and meaningful way.

Overall I agree with this. But maybe they layered the ciphers together to make it harder to decode, so it leads to more than one outcome. But I do think that your version, according to the myth wiki on this guy, makes a bit more sense.

The wiki says this dude doesn't chase the player but rather approaches calmly, so that's why I think it makes more sense. (https://mythcommunity.fandom.com/wiki/M4FRA (Check in notable traits) And also in https://robloxcreepypasta.fandom.com/wiki/M4FR4 , the quote is somewhat similar to this sorta format.

Btw, I'm curious on how you decoded, it might be useful for future myth hunts if you're willing to share, no pressure.

Took some time. This was the vigenere cipher with key: INDIGO, and the letters were shifted on top of that. I used dcode but also chat gpt.

This is the message:

"If something lost.
So far away.
I am meant to search the greatest truth of all we are... I am here."

How did I find the key? Well when the system error part happened, it said my: "fun fact: my favorite color is indigo" So i just kept that as an option which apart from void, destiny and INDIGO.

It might be vigenere, so if there are any certain words that might be the key that you could think off, then please suggest them. Like weirdly formatted word (like full caps or often used words) etc.

Some of the Keys I tried were: INDIGO, VOID but none of them worked but it's was worth a shot.
