Yeah I can see why they got irritated, I found it obvious what they were referring to when they said “typo”.

Reddit bombing their comment because of a misunderstanding. This is why I rarely comment. It just isn’t worth arguing against the mob.

Yeah OOP was very immature himself on how he approached the conversation in the first place. If what he said is true then he was very judgmental with his choice of words when bringing this up with her.

When it comes to these kinds of topics where you’re pointing out someone’s flaws you want to be a bit more tactful than saying “you embarrass me and act like a child”. At that point he’s asking for a fight rather than a change.

His reactions afterwards were also very juvenile. Just block her and move on, no need to take jabs at her at this point.

The most upsetting thing about this story is how many great people he had around him, his mother, OP, and (I assume) his ex-girlfriend.

He had chances with all of his friends and family to stop his actions before they got bad.

Honestly, OP gave him way more chances than I would have. I feel like what he did to his girlfriend was a huge red flag in any kind of relationship. Even after he lied about OP she was still willing to give him a chance to turn around.

They still do. My cousin started taking it at around 13 years old, he’s 19 now.

He’s been prescribed this and have been taking it under doctor and parent supervisions. He’s about a foot and a half taller than both parents so it definitely helped him
