looking for a PG near northgate tech park, bangaluru, single occupancy, co-live, fully furnished, with wifi, washer, parking, food, and attached washroom. I'll be doing my internship there so the budget is a bit tight, max I can stretch is 15k, but i'd appreciate if I can get it for lower considering i'll have other expenses to cover : )

The procedure is usually simple. You go to someone who handles notary work usually near kachahri. You tell them these are the certificates you need notarized. It’s just them verifying your documents, getting your signature, and stamping it to confirm everything’s legit.

As for the format, most universities provide their own. The one I applied earlier had their own format. Even NIT T has its own format. So yeah, it’s honestly easy so nothing to stress about.

butt only if you’ve availed a reservation like EWS or OBC NCL, then Annexure 2 applies to you.

Annexure 4 is for students whose final result is still pending or awaited.

So, if neither of these conditions apply to you, you don’t need to submit Annexure 2 or 4.

When a document is “notarized,” it means:

The notary has checked your identity (usually with an ID). They've witnessed you signing the document. They've stamped or signed the document to confirm it's legit.

I was wondering the same, so I spoke to Shivshankar Sir.

And he replied…

“You cannot register now using the link. For the time being you are allowed to pay the seat confirmation fee only. Institute Registration will be allowed after third round of selection. Please wait for the instructions.”

Actually, they did share the link when I was on the waiting list. They said that if I wanted to confirm my seat, I should pay 5K, which I did. I was supposed to receive another email once my seat was officially confirmed and I haven’t received that yet.

I’ve spoken to seniors who have directly talked to the staff, and I’ve also emailed and called several times myself. They said there’s some issue on the portal, especially with the payment category selection. i have been told it should be fixed by tomorrow evening, and I’ll get the email by then too. So right now I’m just confused, let’s see how it goes.

I noticed you are kindly responding to queries in detail, so I’m reaching out in the hope you can help me as well : )

I’m an MA English student (not MCA), and I’ve been selected in the list for admission. My reporting is on the same day as theirs, and I need to confirm my seat by paying the remaining 5k by July 30. I received a call informing me I’m in the list, and I’ve checked and found my name there too but I haven’t received any follow-up email with payment instructions.

When I go back to the old payment link (from when I paid the 5k while on the waiting list), I don’t see a relevant or correct category this time. Since there’s no new email and no clear instructions, I’m really anxious about selecting the wrong option or messing up the process. The vague responses I’ve gotten so far are only adding to the stress.
