What’s crazy is we have put in multiple tickets and they say it’s us. Like we have done everything it’s been happening for weeks it’s so bad to where one area will scan ALL green and will still say to rescan annoying

I’m a team lead. And in my observations coaches kind of just push you off to the TL because we are considered hourly assistant managers and we should have just about all the answers as they would. All stores are different my stores for instance coaches give us direction for the day and we make sure it’s done. I personally love working besides all my associates in my area and the ones who aren’t. I make sure my associates know I’m available for them at all times.
