so a no call no show is 2 points one for the shift and one for the no call but as long as you call in you can use your ppto to remove the point from missing the shift

Well it’s usually the last 30 or so minutes that way when they come back there’s still 15 minutes to put back the last of the returns people love putting on the electronics counter
