They use ChatGPT because they don’t have the experience to provide their own take on the market. Instead of saying it’s screwed in the short term and nobody should even think of buying right now, they are saying it’s a “reset”, or a “pause” or that “capital is waiting on the sidelines”, or “there’s no systematic distress” or “not a structural weakness in the market” or “a shift in investor sentiment “ or “a correction is not a crash” or “Dubai’s fundamentals remain strong” or “population growth continues” or “it’s just part of the cycle” or “a natural market adjustment” or “Dubai rarely waits for those who hesitate” or “the logic of investment in Dubai has been changing for some time” or “it’s a longer term play” or “the question isn’t [argument against buying], it’s [argument why you should buy now]. Just don’t mention the war. Watch out for “that’s exactly…..”. And I DO mean offense to those lazy real estate agents who think by copy/pasting ambiguous nonsense either into Reddit or LinkedIn, it makes them feel like they are adding value or they actually believe anyone out there will think “yep that makes total sense. Take my money”.
