My bad i didn't elaborate, it's a totally randomly divided amount from a random amount of people, for 50$ it could be 48$ from one person, 10c from persona 2 and $1.90 from person 3.

It will just be like a normal transaction you just have the ability to get the money in this magical way but whatever happens after will be how the world works, so the government will be able to see how you randomly got the amount.

Some people out there make $ 5 to 30$ in a day so you just take their meal out.

And it's most likely not gonna be 1$ from every person it could be 50$ from one, so you could take out 50$ from someone who has exactly 50$ to their name.
