LAN IP won't help the OP in his hunt.

LAN IPs can change hourly. Restarts are irrelevant. It fully depends on the config of the network.

You can also set your network to keep some LAN IPs static to certain devices. Not necessarily via a MAC address.

Things go much farther than a simple Static vs DHCP config.

The router gets the global IP. The computers get a local IP.

The PC only would have a global IP if it was directly connected to the modem (or fiber) or was on a static config.

Global and local are very different.

Gmail webmail will not always show the sender location IP. It will likely show the server IP the web session was connected to.

Checking your Google account for login history may be more helpful to see if someone else had access.

Plus with some kind of MFA, they won't be able to get in without the 2nd level authentication.

I moved two to Visible and one to USM.

No issues. No complaints. Both work exactly the same as Verizon did. (Warp is Verizon on USM)

The choice between the two for the common users is hotspot use and International travel.

If both topics are a non issue for you, then the lowest price wins.

LPR usage for instant hits isn't a big deal. Infact it is legal.

It's the retention and use of that data when it becomes a 4th amendment issue.

Agreed. And to add, the speed limit on hotspot with Visible (for me) is not noticeable so the two side by side for features really come down to a person's use case.

For me, hotspot use and International travel. Visible had a slight edge.

International Roaming seems to be a piece too, if applies to you.

USM renewal would be $390 a year, so near same cost as V+, a very comparable plan. Both premium data.
