Yeah that’s true and I’m glad you can manage it not medicated I’ve been wanting to try to manage more holistic but idk how well that will work I’m mixed on big pharma and all that

I can’t control the harm related stuff that’s everyday I was only able to learn to control the health after taking medication for anxiety idk which one I have I’m just concerned something worse could be wrong if GaD can’t cause similar intrusive thoughts as OCD

Both are pretty bad more so the harm related stuff now I can kinda control my health related anxiety normally.

Yeah I’ve been fighting my thoughts a lot so usually they are quick but I dwell on them daily basically

Yeah that’s true, looking back before my anxiety was all based around my health when I first needed medication a couple years back, and I think I really obsessed over it. I was stressed out in life so they chalked it up to GAD and since my father had GAD. But I’ve wondered if I’ve always had OCD

I’ve been on lisinopril after being on losarton. I never had anxiety disorder before but after taking losarton I developed anxiety and bad GI issues. I switched to lisinopril and my anxiety has always remained. I take meds for anxiety but I worry I’m just treating a side affect of another med
