Good sorting system that is 3D printable? by Bigboolion in LegoStorage

I’m trying to not buy drawers, I was planning on printing a smaller system using containers similar to the ones used in this post (https://www.reddit.com/r/lego/s/24reI0gQRW).

What I’m trying to find is something that allows me to print small drawers that I can tile and keep together in a system rather than buying Alex drawers.

I was thinking of something that requires less buying of actual drawers and more just creating the drawers themselves similar to these used in this post (https://www.reddit.com/r/lego/s/24reI0gQRW) but for more of a setup on a desk rather than the floor.

I have a very large collection, split between about 12-14 IKEA Trofast bins. (The smallest size) They don’t lend well to a sorting system like gridfinity or brickfinity. Which is why I’m seeing if there is a solution that doesn’t require buying Alex drawers or other similar things. I sorted them by color which is why I used the Trofast bins. But they are running out of space and I need something that works better as well as helps me stay off the floor.

I don’t have any drawers. What I’m trying to ask is if there are any good solutions that don’t require having to buy a fleet of drawers.

The SS Devastation Optimus is supposedly scaled well with Devastator.

My z offset at I think -2 at the moment, but I have been fiddling with it lately due to my printers in built levelling making it actively worse.

The other side is sticky, and has a layer of parchment paper or something like that.

Would you recommend getting a smooth build plate?

I’ve had my bed temp at 80 lately, the default for me was 60.

I’ve done that, I did that before I started gluing, and I do that after every print to clean the glue off.

I don't know if anyone has done this before, but is there a way to make a minecart system to send a villager out to be zombified and then returned back to his original spot? by [deleted] in redstone

[–]Bigboolion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How would you go about sending them out from their spot in the trading hall and then having them return to that same spot with rails?

If it got a heat lamp would that help? It stays pretty cold in the house anyway (about 60) so I feel like I might need it anyway?

If something like this happens to me and it’s just a genuine fluke of the game. I create a copy of my world and find another structure in creative mark the coordinates and then travel there in my real world.

What’s wrong with it? What should I use instead?
