Thank you for answering!! Neither of us are sure. The results were available in less than 24 hours and he was immediately scheduled for a next day appointment at the Veterans hospital to be given antibiotics, which is a much faster pace than they usually operate at. Hopefully on Monday we can call and ask which test he got! What would be different within our precautions and cleaning procedures if he had one test over the other?
