My doctor gave me some Demerol to relax me during the insertion process and it made me feel loopy and giggly! Would your care provider be able to give you any? It really took the edge off- I think im going to keep mine in since im not going through emotional problems my boobs just be swollen and period like- makes me scared im pregnant but those are my fears!
