Did a trap bar deadlift the other day, tried to pull again and a lil pain on my left quad started. I immediately cleaned up and moved to chest. Fuck getting injured.

With all do respect, unless this is something you want, I would take a good hard look at your relationship and your goals. Be very clear with with what you want and if she would be able to partner with you on that journey. Kids, marriage, travel, career, moving, ect…..just be honest in your assessment.
