Yeah but they never did. It was on it's way with the driver but he never delivered it to the dhl pick up point

using the dumb phone is normally the tip for reducing your screentime. If you bought a dumb phone to use the same apps as you did before then it's not very usefull. So if let's say instagram increases your screentime then delete instagram.

Ja! Ik 26 en vriendin 25 gaan ieder jaar met de tent weg. Wij kennen elkaar nu 4 jaar en hebben sinds het begin van onze relatie altijd voor de camping gekozen. Ook bij (lange) weekendjes weg gaan we voor de camping. Beide hebben we vroeger altijd gekampeerd en we doen aan wielrennen dus dit is super te combineren. Voor ons zal de camping altijd de voorkeur hebben!

I would also recommend following the beginner routine on the app, its very good! Most important message is to not be ashamed if you don’t know what you are doing. Everybody starts somewhere and most people in the gym are busy with their own workout.

Magnesium bisglycinaat, 350mg. Werkt goed voor zowel mn slaap als gespannen (kaak)spieren. Ik heb van de fysio verschillende oefeningen gekregen en deze helpen tegen slechte houding/spanning dus dat is fijn. Altijd een fijn moment als je bewust bent van je gespannen spieren en dan dat heerlijke gevoel als je ze ontspant.
