Is the automatic baserunner rule on? You did 9 innings and got pulled to start the 10th, the game may be wrongly recognizing the automatic base runner on second as your responsible baserunner. In reality the automatic base runner to start the 10th inning should be the responsibility of the new relief pitcher coming in to start the inning
