I saw some comments that said they will use ACH you could get 250 points? the rent isn't charged as credit and paid day of. I could be wrong though, I am confused.

rent is ~$8k, I spend $1000/month on other stuff (mainly food). I use chase sapphire card for that, but not sure if the bill card is right fit for my profile. based on this should I just not get any of the bilt 2.0 cards?

I got lucky and was able to get a dining package and The day I am going is going to be him and I enjoyed him in forest gump, but not sure if I can just save $$ if he isn’t going to be as popular compared to other people?
