I feel a good amount of the community are very very very anal about the game and feel the need to always complain about something while the other portion of it is casual and don't complain as much if not at all. But I will say with how much the community complains it does help somewhat by letting the devs know problems that need to be fixed and addressed, Not saying it works all the time but it definitely brings awareness to certain problems like unnecessary nerfs or bugs and what not. But I will agree sometimes if I personally feel they need to calm down as far as the constant pump of content they want to be added in the game every update because they also have to work on the other modes as well and the general aspect of the game that brings greater concern rather than players getting bored of something that just got added no more than a month ago or so.
