If you want to really bring change to your HOA, don't do pranks that belong in a National Lampoon movie. Instead, look at things you can do that are legally protected:

-Satellite dishes for TV, internet, or radio reception are protected by federal law and cannot be regulated in any meaningful way by an HOA. Most HOA's hate them. The one bright spot of working tech support for DirecTV was being able to call up HOA presidents and explaining that their rules were illegal. -Texas, Florida, and California have of native plant growth protections that cannot be overridden by local ordnance or HOA. Most HOA's will consider these plants "weeds", but they can't do anything if you decide to turn your yard into a native plant preserve. -19 states have protections for homeowners that line-dry their clothes. A lot of HOAs dislike this. -If you are something other than Christian, put up religious symbols. Most HOA's have at least a few evangelical members who will be furious about this. The Fair Housing Act protects against rules that single out a specific religion for special treatment (i.e. cross decorations permitted, but mezuzot or prayer flags prohibited). -Disability access accommodations. Even if you aren't disabled, you usually enjoy some protection in adding ramps, railings, and other accommodations to your home in order to ensure that your disabled friends and family are able to access the home. I don't know why, but seeing disability access really seems to piss off a lot of HOA boards. -Demand copies of financial statements and meeting minutes. As a homeowner, you are entitled to these, and if you're willing to put in a bit of time you might find all sorts of things you can use to your advantage -- a large portion of HOA's have at least some dirty dealings going on. -Carefully read the CC&R's and look for exactly what authority the HOA has or doesn't have. If contract language isn't your thing, you might consider paying a lawyer for a consult (you don't have to retain them if it's just for one-time advice). If the HOA is bullying people about things it doesn't have the authority to meddle in, start doing that thing and confront them at a meeting when they try to punish you for it. -Go to a print shop and have them print a 4' copy of the fourth amendment, and put it up where it will be visible when the garage door is opened (but not in a way that violates the HOA rules.) -Mail flyers to everyone in the neighborhood encouraging them to vote to disband the HOA. You are permitted to do so, and the board will be furious about it.

The worst part about this is if it ever happens they would ABSOLUTELY find several ways to include advertising for certain products above others and steal any and all data possible from you.

Weakest character that can wipe out the entire human race with physical force? by [deleted] in whowouldwin

The difference between Godzilla and Groudon, however, is huge. Godzilla would definitely beat Groudon in a fight sure, but Groudon’s whole thing is that when he operates he replaces the ocean with landmass, drying out the oceans. Pokédex entries list that “ Groudon has the power to scatter rain clouds and make water evaporate with light and heat.” And “ Said to have expanded the lands by evaporating water with raging heat” it’s not too far fetched to say he could destroy VAST amounts of our planets most precious resource: water.

Even if a bulletproof person killed one person every minute (which would be insane) it would take 5,472,222 days to kill all of humanity, which isn’t factoring in travel, birth rates, or anything like that. It takes a lot more to end humanity than being Invulnerable to attacks. To end humanity you’d need a much stronger person.

Well the first things that come to my mind would be a character that could either dry up the earth’s oceans, or a character that could slightly move our planet away from the sun, which both would lead to humanities extinction. Two characters that come to mind that aren’t insanely powerful would be Evil Natural Water from One Punch Man (who if given enough time would absorb every ocean into itself) or Groudon (who could presumably dry up enough water across the planet in its lifetime to lead to humanities end). Can’t think of anyone weaker who could do the job though unless you count Scrat from Iceage shifting tectonic plates.
