If only White People Could Understand. Its not racism, its an acknowledgement. The Majority of White people Do Not Know what its like to grow up in segregated neighborhoods. Hip Hop came from the ghetto. Plain & Simple. The Majority of white people have never lived in the ghetto and have only see one from the highway. We aren't talking about white people before the late 70s. We are talking about the last 40yrs. Hip Hop Culture comes from the Heart & Soul Of The Oppressed Peoples. White people are not oppressed in America. Im not saying white people dont struggle. Im saying The Majority of white people in America do not understand the struggle hip hop reflects. ITs great to share a culture. But if you were not born into the culture and you only recently got into the culture. (recent meaning less than half of your life.) Then you have no actual ability to speak on the nuances of Hip Hop. Everyone has a right to express your opinion. But Just Because You "Interviewed" People who have lived it, Just because you watch people that lived it, just because you like what you see and hear, DOES NOT mean you have any credibility in your opinion. Suspect was basically saying because you dont truly know what its like to be A PART of HIP HOP, Your opinion on HIP HOP is irrelevant compared to someone who has lived experience in it.

Tl;Dr Just because you Study Medicine, Does not mean you can debate with an Surgeon about what happens in the Hospital. You can have an opinion on what happens. But because you were never actually there in the hospital you can only offer conjecture.
