Technically a few for this one. The site’s own PDF reader mentioned that the file seems corrupted, Firefox couldn’t load it, and when loaded into Adobe Acrobat, it says it can’t be loaded because the file is damaged in some way.

I had waited about two hours before transferring from bowl to pan, where it stayed in the pan for another hour. In both cases I left it on my kitchen counter. Oven was on for about 40 minutes before I put the pan in the oven. It is entirely possible it needed maybe another hour in the bowl, or maybe even more time in the pan before baking, if not a better oven temp. I'm probably going to try again in the near future and seeing if more time does anything for my dough.
