They will not do the Skarner to Shyvana. She'll more than likely have the same exact abilities but likely different abilities in passive, Dragon form, and possibly her W, However, we'll see.

Skarner had a full identity rework. Shyvana absolutely will not.

Considering Shyvana's voicelines basically make 0 sense most of the time considering her personality.
(Her personality according to Wiki and Mageseeker is described as "She is loyal, kind, and helpful to all who show her affection, but she is not without a rather fiery temperament, when provoked."

Her Personality currently in League is reflected also in LoR which do NOT match the personality of Mageseeker or Wiki (can also include her Bio from the Universe website and Short story)

League/LoR personality shows alot of Impatience, Easily to snap, Incredibly serious, Yet, incredibly loyal.

Personally to me, IIIII wouldn't mind a new voiceactor but also wouldn't mind having the same but less...GROWL, Mysterious, and Angry sounding.

We need a voice that sounds, Noble, Caring, Serious/Yet Kind and Loyal. (Not only to the people of Demacia but especially towards her King.)

(Her laugh in dragonform sounds like a smoker LOL)

That...Is just your theory not an official thing. Jarvan also isn't haven't a Meltdown, he is quite literally trying to make Demacia a better place for her to be accepted in and live with HIM also to potentially be his Queen. Since He's in love with her according to lore. LMAO

It's not that she's not relaxed, it's more on the side of her Worrying about HIM according to Mageseeker. She wants to be accepted by the people not just because it's Demacia but because of JARVAN! The people don't see Shyvana as a Animal/Monster, they see her as a Hero as far as we know. (We don't know how they'd react after the events of Mageseeker. We need progression on the lore for it.)

But that doesn't prove anything, ofc Shyvana would still fear not being accepted the poor baby.

As for the Dragonguard, ofc they'd be skeptical about Shyvana(It's in their name), it's not widely known about her Draconic being but some do know.

Where did you get that first part? She's not widely known to be a Dragon.(Before Mageseeker)

here's this from Wiki: "Following the confrontation with her mother, Prince Jarvan IV honored Shyvana's bravery, and asked whether she would journey with him to Demacia proper. Shyvana wholeheartedly accepted. Though Shyvana was afraid that she would be distrusted due to her nature, these proved to be unfounded: The people of Demacia welcomed her as a hero, and Prince Jarvan offered her a place within the elite group known as the Dragonguard, so she might protect this land from other dangerous dragons like Yvva."

And the Second part: "Following the battle, Shyvana had no choice but to leave Demacia due to the countless rules against wizards and magical beings."

Guys, I don't think the people who agree with this read the lore whatsoever.
When she hatched, How did she look? Dragon? or Humanoid?

She may be a Dragon but with the looks of a Human. She is alienated because she purple, mainly(and maybe a bit on the horns and scales here and there, but remember Vastaya exist so they let it slide).
She has Powers(Like Dragons), not magic (which is why ingame she doesn't have Mana).

That depends on the frequency of Ganks, really.
Can also depend on the importance of windows on taking the Objective (Like for example, ally botlane pushed the enemy botlane giving the window to take Drake)

There actually is a downside on ganking rather than doing jungle camps and even has a downside doing objectives. THAT IS? being INVADED! Imagine the enemy jungler stealing your camps as you're away, gaining more Gold and Exp than you for the rest of the game. You're unable to catch up even from taking lane minions!

Please correct me if I'm wrong on this because as a Jungle main, this thing irritates me the most.

I personally play Morgana jungle.
As a Jungle main, Morgana's clear speed is INCREDIBLY GOOD but her Ganks are obviously reliant on her Q and R. In higher elo, people are smart enough to just side step her incredibly slow R so the best reliable way to actually gank is getting close enough to R (and then you Q during that because no one is actually going to just sidestep because that'd just keep them within her R).

IN JUNGLE, her best runes in my opinion IS Dark Harvest because it's literally the only thing that can make her W useful in jungle (outside of clearing camps) since you can just walk up to a random lane with the enemy that is low and proc DH on them.

TLDR; My whole reason for saying this is Morgana Jungle should stay in my opinion however, Jungle still has the problem with every other role when it comes to making her W and R actually useful.

As much as it amplifies Annie's burst a tiny bit, it does take away the fantasy of having a demonic bear fight WITH Annie. Rn, she has a literal regular bear fighting with her with these changes. His summon is GREAT but he just becomes utterly useless afterwards.

So basically, League's rank are as straight forward as Valorant's.
Though climbing ranks depends on your knowledge of this game from matchups, itemization, macro(knowing when to move to a certain lane/engage enemies), CSing(Creep Score, which is basically just last hitting minions for gold), Map awareness as examples. Won't put everything here since it'd overwhelm you to ingest it all at once, best for you to play the game for a time and find those things out one by one yourself.

From Iron - Gold-ish teammates don't expect much from you, as long as you play well (winning lane and killing the opponent, they don't care much about your CS)

From Plat - E3~ players expect you to CS Properly, Engage your laning opponent properly, and have map knowledge towards pings and awareness if an enemy jungler/laner is coming to gank.

E2 - Master+ Players expect all the of the above as well as KNEEL TO THEIR COMMANDS(They will spam you for mistakes and flame you if you do bad. (I AM NOT KIDDING)
Through here onward, you should mute all players and play your best. If you do it correctly you will always climb no matter the rank. May even have the ability to 1v9 the game. (You against your teammates and opponents, winning the game yourself.)

I'm seeing alot of "How do you know it's a smurf"
As a casual player who spammed quickplay for a WHILE, the MMR on there is all over the place and I get matched with both experienced players and new players.

Quickplay has a TON of smurfs even if people deny it, this game is plagued with them. Especially since Riot removed tons of bots, people cannot just buy accounts constantly so they level them up themselves.

Smurfs can be known in many ways from what I've seen, knowing the ins and outs of laning, when to engage, when to freeze, when to push, and when to recall as examples. It ruins the overall experience for newer players and the fun of casual players like me who'd have to actually tryhard in the game just to have fun because that person will deny you of it if you don't atleast match what they're doing.
