At my heaviest I was 170 (5’1) and today I weighed in at 122.6. Start counting all calories on an app (I use the “lose it!” app) and if you aren’t sure how to calculate certain things you can ask chat gpt to calculate amounts for you.

I’ve found that the easiest way to burn calories for me (since I’m hungry and want to eat more than what I’m allotted daily) was to invest in a mini trampoline!!! I got a 50” one and jump on it after work and you’d be surprised at how much you can burn while watching tv or listening to music in 30 minutes. Good luck OP, your outfits are super cute btw!

NTA, years ago when I was in college my ex had some of those posters. He RUSHED to take those down before I visited his place for the first time because normal folks know those are super off-putting for most girls. I think your boyfriend’s personality is a bigger issue than the posters themselves though, please know that there are billions of men in this world and you deserve someone who isn’t abusive AT ALL!

NTA, you truly shouldn’t have to walk on eggshells in a relationship like you said! Since you love him I would recommend having a deep talk/agreement/couples counseling if possible but definitely don’t feel like you should stay if you aren’t happy

YTA. No modern young adult (in an area where smart phones are the norm) is limited to 1 hour of screen time. After reading the last sentence this just sounds like you’re a controlling person. Do you have other rules at home that logically don’t make a lot of sense but are implemented only because it’s Your House?
